{"id":300,"date":"2013-09-16T20:21:00","date_gmt":"2013-09-16T20:21:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/carideal.com\/blog\/?p=300"},"modified":"2025-04-03T15:02:52","modified_gmt":"2025-04-03T13:02:52","slug":"psa-blue-hdi-diesel-euro-6","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.carideal.com\/blog\/2013\/09\/16\/psa-blue-hdi-diesel-euro-6\/","title":{"rendered":"BlueHDI PSA le Diesel Euro 6"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BlueHDI &nbsp;: Le nouveau Diesel Euro de&nbsp;PSA<\/h1>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La baisse cons\u00e9quente des NOx concerne surtout le diesel qui en \u00e9met le plus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L'union Europ\u00e9enne a pris la volont\u00e9 de r\u00e9duire la pollution&nbsp;: apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9duction des particules avec la norme Euro 5, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation des Filtres \u00e0 Particules (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.carideal.com\/blog\/2011\/04\/08\/la-fap-catalyse-augmente-les-emissions-de-no2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">FAP<\/a><\/span>), l'obligation de la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de CO2, 130 g en 2015, 95 g en 2020 et 75 g en 2025, l'Europe s'occupe aux rejets de NOx avec la norme Euro6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Il existe 3 solutions techniques pour cela :<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/public\/.euro-6-diesel-blue-hdi-psa-citroen-schiavon-chambery-actualites_m.jpg\" alt=\"BlueHDI PSA : Diesel Euro 6\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">BlueHDI PSA : Diesel Euro 6<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>premi\u00e8re solution<\/strong> consiste \u00e0 faire recirculer les gaz \u00e0 haute et basse pression gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carideal.com\/blog\/2025\/04\/03\/comment-nettoyer-une-vanne-egr\/\">vanne EGR<\/a>, syst\u00e8me peu fiable qui serait r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux moteurs de faible cylindr\u00e9. Le rendement du moteur serait en baisse tandis que les consommations seraient elles en hausse.<br> La <strong>deuxi\u00e8me solution<\/strong> serait d'utiliser un pi\u00e8ge \u00e0 NOx, il stockerait les NOx puis une fois plein, toutes les trois minutes environ, il les br\u00fblera sous l'effet de l'augmentation de la chaleur des gaz d'\u00e9chappement en y injectant du carburant, un peu comme les FAP non aditiv\u00e9s. Il n'est pas tr\u00e8s efficaces \u00e0 basses et hautes temp\u00e9ratures.<br> La troisi\u00e8me solution, utilise un catalyseur SCR, qui r\u00e9agit chimiquement au NOx, en injectant de l'Adblue (ur\u00e9e) qui va se transformer en ammoniaque dans l'\u00e9chappement, qui au contact des Nox donnera de l'eau et de l'Azote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PSA BlueHDI Euro 6<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>PSA a fait un pari technique audacieux en choisissant la voix du SCR qui est la solution la plus ch\u00e8re, mais qui sur le long terme ne devrait co\u00fbter que 100 e de plus par voiture. PSA est \u00e0 la pointe en d\u00e9pollution diesel puisqu'il fut le premier \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9raliser et \u00e0 croire dans le FAP.<br>\nLe SCR est le syst\u00e8me le plus performant dans la r\u00e9duction des NOx, jusque -90%, et de la consommation jusque -4%. Il \u00e9vite aussi l'utilisation de la vanne EGR \u00e0 basse pression, peu fiable.<br>\nPSA utilisera son catalyseur SCR avant le FAP, ce que lui permet son brevet exclusif de FAP additiv\u00e9 qui peut fonctionner \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures de seulement 600 \u00b0C contre 750\u00b0C pour la concurrence.<br>\nComme un FAP le SCR doit \u00eatre plac\u00e9 au plus pr\u00e8s du moteur il a besoin d'une temp\u00e9rature de 180 \u00b0C minimum pour bien fonctionner<br>\nPSA a donc un avantage tr\u00e8s cons\u00e9quent avec son syst\u00e8me, en permettant d'optimiser le rendement du moteur, de baisser les consommations et d'\u00e9viter les colmatages. PSA annonce jusque 10% de r\u00e9duction des consommations sur les moteurs Blue HDI. Pour cela PSA devra implanter un r\u00e9servoir de 17 litres d'Adblue sous le plancher arri\u00e8re qui devra \u00eatre remplie tous les 20000 km environ. Cette solution existe d\u00e9j\u00e0 sur le <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Citroen Grand C4 Picasso<\/span> 20 HDI 150.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/4_nv7PkBS84\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MOTEUR BLUEHDI CITROEN<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Comment fonctionne le nouveau dispositif de d\u00e9pollution Diesel SCR mis au point par <a href=\"http:\/\/www.carideal.com\/blog\/marque-de-voiture-actualites-essais\/citroen\/\">CITROEN<\/a> pour son <strong>moteur BlueHDI<\/strong>, afin de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de r\u00e9duction des Oxydes d\u2019Azote (NOx) de la norme Euro6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PRINCIPE DE FONCTIONNEMENT DU MOTEUR BLUEHDI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le principe de d\u00e9pollution est de transformer en continu dans la ligne d\u2019\u00e9chappement les NOx \u00e9mis par le moteur BlueHDI, en 2 \u00e9l\u00e9ments non-polluants que sont l\u2019eau (H20) et l\u2019azote (N2) et de les rejeter en sortie de ligne.<br>\nPour cela, on fait r\u00e9agir les NOx avec de l\u2019ammoniac (NH3) dans le catalyseur SCR. L\u2019ammoniac est obtenu par injection d\u2019un liquide \u00e0 base d\u2019ur\u00e9e appel\u00e9 AdBlue\u00ae, en amont du catalyseur SCR.<br>\nL\u2019injecteur d\u2019ur\u00e9e et le catalyseur SCR sont situ\u00e9s entre le catalyseur d\u2019oxydation DOC et le filtre \u00e0 particules FAP.<br>\nLa SCR positionn\u00e9e en amont du FAP est le syst\u00e8me le plus performant du march\u00e9 : \u00e9limination jusqu\u2019\u00e0 90% des \u00e9missions de NOx tout en autorisant des r\u00e9glages d\u2019injection carburant propres \u00e0 garantir une consommation et des \u00e9missions de CO2 minimales. Retour sur les explication de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.carideal.com\/blog\/2013\/12\/12\/les-nouvelles-normes-euro-6-font-faire-augmenter-le-prix-des-moteurs-diesels\/\">Norme Euro 6<\/a>. Le moteur BlueHDI est le moteur diesel Euro 6 le moins polluant. On retrouvera ces moteurs BlueHDI sur toute la gamme des voitures Citroen, dont le C4 Cactus et les utilitaires Citroen et <a href=\"http:\/\/www.carideal.com\/blog\/marque-de-voiture-actualites-essais\/ds\/\">DS<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments du SCR du moteur BlueHDI :<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>r\u00e9servoir d\u2019Adblue\u00ae<\/strong> (17L) situ\u00e9 sous le coffre, \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019une pompe \u00e9lectrique, d\u2019un dispositif de chauffage, d\u2019un bouchon de remplissage, d\u2019un bouchon de vidange, de diff\u00e9rents capteurs et d\u2019un calculateur de contr\u00f4le. Ce calculateur SCR dialogue avec le calculateur moteur qui pilote l\u2019injecteur d\u2019AdBlue\u00ae et le capteur NOx.<br>\n<strong>canalisation chauffante<\/strong> situ\u00e9e sous le plancher v\u00e9hicule pour acheminer l\u2019AdBlue\u00ae jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019injecteur<br>\n<strong>injecteur d\u2019AdBlue\u00ae<\/strong> situ\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e du catalyseur SCR<br>\n<strong>catalyseur SCR<\/strong> int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans la m\u00eame enveloppe que le FAP sous le plancher v\u00e9hicule. Le catalyseur SCR et le FAP ne sont pas dissociables entre eux dans le r\u00e9seau APV.<br>\n<strong>un capteur de NOX<\/strong> situ\u00e9 en sortie du FAP<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.carideal.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/bluehdi-citroen-principe-fonctionnement-2-e1491639126325.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"295\" src=\"http:\/\/www.carideal.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/bluehdi-citroen-principe-fonctionnement-2-e1491639126325.png\" alt=\"BlueHdi le principe de fonctionnement du moteur de PSA Peugeot Citroen\" class=\"wp-image-15991\"\/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">BlueHdi le principe de fonctionnement du moteur de PSA Peugeot Citroen<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT NORME EURO 6 &amp; MOTEUR BLUEHDI:<\/strong><br>\n\u2022 La capacit\u00e9 du r\u00e9servoir Adblue est pr\u00e9vue pour un kilom\u00e9trage d\u2019environ 20000km.<br>\n\u2022 <strong>La norme Euro6 est stricte et impose que le v\u00e9hicule soit immobilis\u00e9 si son syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9duction des NOx ne fonctionne plus, notamment \u00e0 la suite de l\u2019\u00e9puisement du r\u00e9servoir d\u2019Adblue<\/strong>.<br>\nPour cette raison, l\u2019utilisateur, alert\u00e9 2400 km avant l\u2019\u00e9puisement de l\u2019Adblue, devra faire proc\u00e9der (ou proc\u00e9der lui-m\u00eame) \u00e0 un appoint d\u2019Adblue.
